Your day-by-day itinerary Minus Icon

Day 1 - Athens → Delhi (Overnight Flight)

Meet at the airport and depart for Delhi via connecting flight.

From the very first moment, you sense you’re heading toward a city with its own heartbeat, where Old Delhi’s narrow alleys, bustling markets, and rickshaws meet the grand avenues, gardens, and stately buildings of New Delhi. Two worlds, side by side, tradition and modern life intertwined.

As your flight crosses the night sky, the rush of the year slowly fades, leaving only anticipation for what lies ahead.

Day 2 - Delhi → Mathura → Vrindavan → Agra

Arrival in Delhi and meeting with our local representative.

Without delay, we set off by road toward Agra, making stops that immerse us in the spiritual heart of India.

Our first stop is Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna, one of the seven sacred cities of Hinduism and among the oldest in the world. Here, along the holy waters of the Yamuna River and amidst temples spanning centuries, devotees gather at the ghats for daily rituals of prayer and purification. The artistic tradition of Mathura, rich with divine and human figures, became a cornerstone of Indian sculpture and aesthetics.

We then continued to Vrindavan, the town where young Krishna played, loved, and left behind the essence of his divine presence. The streets, filled with music, flowers, and incense, still echo the stories of his life and miracles.

By afternoon, we arrive in Agra, the city of imperial splendor and timeless love.

Check in at the hotel and enjoy dinner in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Overnight in Agra.

Day 3 - Agra, City Tour

After breakfast, we set out to explore Agra, the “Pearl of Hindustan,” built on the banks of the Yamuna River. During the reign of Emperor Akbar, Agra flourished as the crown jewel of the Mughal Empire, adorned with palaces, mosques, and royal gardens.

Our first stop is the Taj Mahal, one of the world’s great wonders, a monument of eternal love, built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Its perfect symmetry and luminous white marble make it both a masterpiece of architecture and an emblem of devotion and loss.

Next, we visit the Agra Fort, an immense red sandstone fortress where Shah Jahan spent his final years, gazing across the river at the resting place of his queen.

Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Agra.

Day 4 - Agra → Fatehpur Sikri → Abhaneri → Jaipur

After breakfast, we depart for Jaipur, the famed “Pink City.”

En route, we stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the “City of Victory” built by Emperor Akbar. Once the capital of the Mughal Empire, it was mysteriously abandoned only a few years later, most likely due to water shortages. Today, it remains one of the best-preserved examples of Mughal architecture, a city frozen in time.

Our journey continues to Abhaneri, home to the remarkable Chand Baori, one of India’s deepest and most stunning stepwells. With thousands of symmetrical stone steps descending 13 stories into the earth, it’s a masterpiece of geometry and engineering.

Arrival in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, famous for its pink-hued facades, a color symbolizing hospitality. The city earned its nickname in 1876, when it was painted pink to welcome the Prince of Wales.

Check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5 - Jaipur, Amber Fort Ascent by Elephant - City Tour - Aarti Ceremony

This morning, we head to the Amber Fort, the former capital of Rajasthan, perched on a hill above Maota Lake. A stunning blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture, it offers sweeping views of the surrounding valleys. The ascent to the fort on the back of an elephant is a truly regal experience, reminiscent of the days of the maharajas.

Our tour continues with visits to the City Palace, still home to the royal family the Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century astronomical observatory of remarkable precision and the iconic Hawa Mahal, or “Palace of Winds,” whose delicate façade of hundreds of tiny windows allowed royal women to observe life below unseen.

In the evening, we attend the sacred Aarti Ceremony, a moving ritual of light and devotion where chanting, incense, and the glow of oil lamps fill the air with reverence.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 6 - Jaipur Delhi, Visit to Akshardham Temple

Morning departure for Delhi, the vibrant heart of India where centuries of history blend seamlessly with modern life.

Upon arrival, we visit the magnificent Akshardham Temple, one of the most breathtaking spiritual landmarks of contemporary Hinduism. A tribute to devotion, art, and divine harmony, the complex unites traditional Indian architecture with cutting-edge design and technology, an awe-inspiring celebration of faith and creativity.

Transfer to the hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 7 - Delhi, City Tour & Rickshaw Ride through Old Delhi

Today’s exploration reveals two sides of the Indian capital, New Delhi and Old Delhi, a fascinating blend of colonial grandeur and timeless tradition. We begin with the monumental avenues and landmarks of New Delhi before moving to the Red Fort, the Jama Masjid (the Great Mosque), and the Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.

Next, experience the heartbeat of the old city with a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, its narrow lanes alive with the scents of spices, the sound of street vendors, and the vivid colors of daily life.

Our tour continues with visits to Humayun’s Tomb, a precursor to the Taj Mahal the Presidential Palace and India Gate, symbols of the modern nation the Laxmi Narayan Temple and finally, the towering Qutub Minar, the country’s oldest Islamic monument.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 8 - Delhi Varanasi, Evening Aarti Ceremony on the Ganges

Flight to Varanasi, the spiritual heart of India, nestled along the sacred banks of the Ganges River, a place of prayer, devotion, and liberation, where life and death meet in divine rhythm.

Before dawn, embark on a boat ride along the Ganges to witness the sacred rituals of sunrise. The air fills with the sound of temple bells, chants, and hymns as the city awakens in hues of gold and mist.

After breakfast, we depart for Sarnath, the holy Buddhist site where the Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Visit the temple adorned with murals of his life and explore the ruins of the ancient monastic complex in the Deer Park, where Buddhism first took form.

Later, enjoy free time to wander through Varanasi’s bustling markets.
